Rochester ny is located in Monroe County. Second only to New York City, it is the second largest economy in the state. It is the third larges city in New York and the center of Monroe County which also includes Livingston, Orleans, Genesee, Ontario and Wayne Counties. It is also called the Flower City or The World's Image Center. Having 36 neighborhoods with each having their own characteristics and unique from each other, it is also known as the city of neighborhoods.
