Christmas birth, a quick primer
The wording of the announcement provides you with the opportunity to add a unique touch to the baby announcements. Traditionally, the newborn's birth is announced by the parents. This represents one opportunity in which to escape from tradition. Does your family have a beloved pet? You may choose to have Fred the goldfish or Rover the dog announce the birth of your baby. Are older brothers and sisters present in the family? Having the baby's brothers or sisters announce the birth allows the siblings to get involved in the excitement.
